Drug Sensitivity Prediction of Small Cell Neuroendocrine (SCN)-like samples (Elastic NET- and RNAseq-based)
This tool allows prediction of the user's samples relative (not absolute) sensitivities to drugs from Iorio et al. 2016 using small cell lung and lung adenocarcinoma sensitivities.
The tool should only be used to predict drug sensitivities in the context of samples that may have neuroendocrine features.
